We had a fantastic stay at Stracta Apartments for 5 nights. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere. The owner was responsive and even provided us with coffee sugar upon request. The location was unique, surrounded by a lava rock field, giving us a true sense of being in the Arctic Circle. a great experience.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The venue was near where I needed to be, great service, room was soundproof. Affable staff, I loved them. And thanks to its remote location it was near Iceland, the nature and the mountain. Overall experience was fabulous...

The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and had a comfortable bed with good bedding. The kitchen was well-equipped with a coffee maker and nice coffee. The bathroom was clean and the apartment had a warm and cozy atmosphere. The view from the small window was absolutely breathtaking, offering a glimpse of untouched nature. the location was secluded and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. First, the sound insulation in the apartments was quite poor, making it difficult to sleep peacefully due to noise from neighboring apartments.

The Stracta Apartments were absolutely mind-blowing! The location was jaw-dropping, with a clear view of the starry sky and even the chance to catch a big aurora. The modern and clean apartment had everything we needed, including free Wi-Fi and parking. The staff were super responsive, fixing a heating issue before we could even mention it. We had a fantastic base camp to explore the surrounding areas, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly unforgettable stay.

The rooms at this place were like stepping into a cozy heaven! The beds were so comfortable, and the blankets were incredibly soft and warm. The kitchen was top-notch, with everything you need to make a mind-blowing breakfast. The road leading to the hotel was a little offroad but actually turned out to be super fun! Plus, the local guys were there to help our cars during the snowy weather, talk about jaw-dropping service! They even had a coffee machine and recycling bins for us to use. this place was a hidden gem for a summer getaway. But winter may not be the best time to visit due to the snowy road. However, the hotel staff was amazing in their response and assistance. Highly recommended for a super cozy and comfortable stay!

Stayed in a modern small apartment, 7km from route one towards the sea. Comfy bed, clean and well-equipped facilities. Great kitchen to make your own food. Helpful staff, especially Jordan, and a nice lady who assisted us when our car got stuck. Easy to find using the Waze app.
Felt totally relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.
